About the Role
We are seeking a fully-licensed mental health therapist with a passion for and experience working with men. You’ll be part of a practice dedicated to helping clients address a range of mental health concerns in an outpatient setting. Requirements
Must hold a Tennessee state license to practice therapy (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D./PsyD, or equivalent).
Be able to conduct a minimum of twenty-three therapy sessions per week.
Certification or concrete plan to gain certification in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Possess a computer with video and microphone functionality for record keeping and telehealth services (all other necessary technology is provided by us).
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment planning and evidence-based therapy to our predominantly male client base
Conduct 20-25 sessions per week, combining in-person and telehealth services.
Offer measurement-based care
Maintain compliance with your licensing board's ethical requirements.
Actively pursue professional development in a specialized area of therapy.
