Cancel an Appointment
Client appointments can be canceled 24 business hours before the scheduled start time of the session without any fee.

Go to the "Appointments" tab
You should be able to find this on the top right of the SimplePractice landing page

Find your appointment and click "Cancel"
Sessions scheduled to occur in less than 24 hours can only be canceled by contacting our client coordinator at (865) 245-5011
