FOR THE TWO OF YOU

As therapists, we know that often our deepest wounds and our deepest healing happens in our most intimate relationships. That is why we offer several ways to integrate your partner into therapy.

RELATIONAL LIFE COUPLES THERAPY

Offered by Hannah Cole

Terry Real, the creator of Relational Life Therapy, believes that there isn't anything more essential in our lives than our relationships. A great relationship can boost your immune system, soften your heart, and enhance your vitality and your creativity.  Relational Life Therapy (RLT) is a direct-yet-loving, common-sense approach to teaching individuals how to live connected lives together. As someone who has been called “the most innovative voice in thinking about and treating men and their relationships in the world today," Terry Real is uniquely equipped to help men create the relational closeness they crave without alienating men or criticizing the way they tend to seek intimacy. And his Relational Life model does exactly that.

CONJOINT SESSIONS

Sometimes, it's recommended that you spend some time in individual or group therapy learning emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and communication skills before engaging in dedicated couples therapy.

A conjoint session is a meeting between you, your therapist, your partner, and your partner's therapist (if they have one) to evaluate readiness for couples therapy.
