FOR THE TWO OF YOU

As therapists, we know that often our deepest wounds and our deepest healing happens in our most intimate relationships. That is why we offer a wide variety of ways to integrate your partner into therapy

CONJOINT SESSIONS

Often, it's recommended that you spend some time in individual or group therapy learning emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and communication skills before engaging in dedicated couples therapy.

A conjoint session is a meeting between you, your therapist, your partner, and your partner's therapist (if they have one) to evaluate readiness for couples therapy.
